Lumin Amp Power Amplifier is a high-performance Class AB stereo power amplifier designed to complement Lumin network players, network hubs and digital transports in a complete hi-fi system. The Lumin Amp is built around fully discrete Class AB voltage and current gain stages, with a true dual-mono power supply and amplifier design, DC-coupled signal path and a 600VA custom toroidal transformer. It supports stereo, dual mono and bridged operation, making it flexible enough for different system layouts. While Lumin is best known for digital audio and streaming components, the Lumin Amp allows customers to build a more complete Lumin-based system with dedicated power amplification. It is especially suitable for use with Lumin network hubs, preamplifiers or digital sources that provide volume control and analogue output. The amplifier offers both balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs, making it suitable for different system layouts. It can be connected to a Lumin P2, P1 Mini, dedicated preamplifier or other high-quality source component depending on the final system architecture. In stereo mode, Lumin Amp can be used as a conventional power amplifier for a refined two-channel system. In dual mono or bridged configurations, it also gives the listener a clear path toward more demanding loudspeakers or future system upgrades. For best results, the Lumin Amp should be paired with suitable loudspeakers, high-quality source components, carefully selected interconnects and speaker cables.
